Dining - One meal a day, six days a week is provided with our all-inclusive program. Extra meals are available for a small charge. It is your choice to dine at lunch or dinner each day. Our menu offers a wide variety of choices to please every palate. Lunch and dinner are served in our Grand Dining Room; however, tray service is available for those who are under the weather. Use of the Marmaduke Room, our private dining room, is available for entertaining and private parties at no charge.

Health for your Body, Mind and Spirit - We know that enjoyable retirement living depends on good health of the whole person. We strive to keep your body, mind and spirit healthy.

Body - For physical health we offer exercise classes, Tai Chi, walking groups and a fitness room. Our scheduled speakers will keep you up to date on health-related topics. An on-site office of St. Andrew's At-Home Services can assist you with weekly blood pressure checks and can help you find extra assistance if needed. Well checks are performed daily and staff is on the premises 24 hours a day.

Mind - The Philosophical Café and Book Club will keep you on your toes! The
St. Louis Public Library brings its Bookmobile twice a month. Speakers are scheduled on various topics on a regular basis.

Spirit - Mass is held on Sundays and on Holy Days. Vesper Services are held each Sunday. You may also want to join in the weekly Rosary or Bible Study. For our residents going through the grieving process, there is Sharing Losses, a group whose members support each other in times of need.

Activities and Fun - Scheduled transportation in our private van includes trips to grocery stores, banks, voting, shopping venues, sporting events, concerts, day trips and much more! Planned social activities and entertainment are also provided to enhance your retirement lifestyle.
